14-Day Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for sizing issues or changes of mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Sale items are also eligible for exchanges.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or changes of mind. However, eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@houseofsaved.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
