7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or size exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
* Unworn & unused
* In original condition
* Free from stains, odors, or damage
* In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
* Worn or washed items
* Sale items
* Gift cards
* Limited edition drops (when stated)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofsaved@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
